Order tracking?

Could someone contact me about my account? I ordered on the 6th and I also placed an order on the 7th. Normally, the two day flash gets them here right away but they haven't arrived. I just went to track orders and they both say that they shipped on the seventh but that tracking "will become available when they've reached the ups facility".. Today is the 12th..

This same thing is happening with me! I have the same message on UPS tracking and the Sephora order page says it should have arrived today (ordered 9/7, shipped 9/8 with flash shipping). Could you also please look into my order?
