Order status UNSUCCESSFUL AUTHORIZATION

Hi, I have made an order on the 28th and 30th of Oct 2021 ans the money was extracted from my account but the order status says "unsuccessful authorisation." I want the order to go through because payment has. Please can yoi advise me further on the matter.
