Hi Sephora Team,

 

This has happened twice in a week when I placed and received 4 orders from Sephora.

 

I failed to receive the full 2 samples per order and the few that I received, arenโ€™t the ones I choseโ€ฆ not even close! Why does this keep on happening? Itโ€™s becoming frustrating.

 

The order numbers

@feschung, I'm sorry to hear this! Please kindly note that samples can be substituted depending on availability at the location where your order is packed. However, the samples shouldn't be missing entirely.

 

It looks like your private messages are turned off, and you can adjust your preferences in your Community settings (on the browser only, not the app). If you would like to send me a private message with the order numbers where your samples were missing, I'll look into this.
