Order placed today, not all points received

i placed an order today. I am supposed to get 500 extra points plus during my order it said I will get 329 points for my order.

Where are these points? Is there a delay to get these points?

The bonus points can take 24 hours to reflect in your account. If you don't see the points after that time frame please let us know. Thank you!
