Is order-online for in-store pickup still not available? Do you have information on when it will become available? It’s pretty standard now.

Hi @nelsypie,

We do offer an option on our app to reserve your products online and pick them up in store! However, this option is only available at select Sephora stores, at this time. To check if there's a participating store in your area, please click on the "shop" tab at the bottom of the app, then select "reserve online, pick up in store". Thank you!
