Order issue/beauty service

Hi, I just placed an order last night and I really wanted to get the ESSENCE promo with the perfume samples with the Giorgio armani lipstick but when I tried to add it last night it said that the promotion was over or ran out, but I just tried right now since I saw the promo was still showing on the app, and it worked and there was no mention of the promotion being over or running out. I am thinking it might be an error on your end but because of this I was unable to get that promo and I decided to just buy 1 thing and get another promo instead. Can you verify what went wrong and let me know if this issue will occur again? Also I had booked a beauty service appointment a few weeks ago for September 4th to get my makeup done for a wedding reception, it wouldve been my first time getting a service at Sephora and I really was looking forward to trying new things and seeing how it would look on me but the appointment got cancelled maybe a few hours before the appointment, I did not receive any call or explanation as to why that happened, I only received an email stating my appointment had been cancelled by Sephora. I was lucky enough to check my email when I did if not I would have been put in a very tricky situation. Can you confirm to me why that happened and if it will occur again also? Since I have 2 weddings next month and I've booked 3 beauty services at Sephora for next month. I'm usually very satisfied with Sephora's services and never have any complaints and I am only inquiring now since it's the second time this month that I've been put at an inconvenience. I know I can always trust in you guys with your exceptional services. Please let me know, it would be very much appreciated. Thank you!
