Order in progress but out of stock

Hi

 

I placed my order 6 days ago. All my items were in stock at that time and now one of them is saying out of stock. Sephora has not contacted me. Will I still get my items. The deluxe sample is also saying out of stock now where it was previously in stock when I ordered. And the only reason i placed the order was to get the deluxe sample. What's going on? This is very frustrating and I really want all my items which i ordered.

Same thing happened to me. And I don't understand the response you got from Sephora. I find this incredibly frustrating - I feel baited and switched!!

Hi there @Ramgattie. Our website reflects live inventory across all outlets. If you successfully placed an order, and see that it is out of stock in your order confirmation, or recent order history, that is reflecting the current inventory. Your order was placed with that item while it was in stock, so not to worry. Should you encounter any issues, please let me know.
