Order does not show up on order history

I placed an order on May 8th (almost 2 weeks ago) and it still has not shown up in my order history. Last week I called into customer service and they said it takes some time, but the expected delivery date is only 7 days away so it should already be processed and there should already be tracking information. Where is my order Sephora???

You may have used our "Guest Checkout" feature. Please find your order confirmation email and verify the order number, it will still be shipped and any updates will be sent to the email you used at checkout. If you need further assistance please send me a PM with your order number.
