Order delay and errors

Oh my god, I am beyond furious. I placed my order 5 days ago, get a notification today that you're now out of items I ordered AND SHIPPED MY THINGS GROUND BY MISTAKE. You guys cannot handle the volume from a 20% off sale? What the heck are you going to do on Black Friday, Cyber Monday or any other time during the holidays? I'm a VIB member that's less than $100 to Rouge (I ALWAYS have my default as free flash shipping), and I'm so fed up I'm considering dumping you guys. Wanted to get Favorites gift boxes for my friends this season, but not going to. They wouldn't get their presents until February at this rate. Mixed with never getting the samples I request, or often any samples at all, I am one step closer to saying adios.

Same.. I’m only $100 away now and pissed about paying for the 2 day shipping and it not being fulfilled on their end. Especially because it states on my order page that there is no delays for 2 day shipping yet it’s going to take two weeks instead of two days for me to get my package. A bunch of

Same here! They shipped my order ground when I have flash shipping 😞

When I ordered, my delivery date was 11/21. Just tracked it, it shipped out on 11/17 and it won't be here until 11/24.
