I have placed an order here on 12th October, I have recieved and email confirmation and my card has been charged(on the same day right after my order).
Yesterday I have noticed the STATUS: Unsuccessful Authorization and my package wasn't shipped, it is pending.
Could you please help me with this?

Had exact same issue, called customer service 10 times, they never resolved..,,
finally had to create entirely new account with new email to fix problem
I'm also having problems with this and would like to get it fixed ASAP.

This has been happening to me as well for the past month. I’ve called Sephora four times, and each time they promise the issue will be resolved within 24-72 hours. I wait a few days and place another order and again I get “unsuccessful authorization”. It’s been this cycle now for a month. I’m about to give up. I’ve been a customer for 15 years and I’ve been Rouge since the program started. So disappointing. There’s no reason for them to cancel my orders. I’ve used the same credit card and address on their website for years. They claim this is for my own security, but what exactly are they protecting me from? My shopping addiction lol

But yes, I agree with you, thats extremely disappointing.
They told me that there is something wtong with my address, thats why I am getting that status on my order, but in your case it is different 😞
