Order Not Shipped

Hello! I’m wondering if there is an abnormal shipping delay for recent orders. I placed a pretty large order the morning of 02/12 and it said it would be delivered 02/18. So far the package has not been shipped,the status is showing “in progress.” (I’m also worried some of the items will be out of stock once my order finally does ship) Anyone have insight on this? Thank you and stay safe! UPDATE EDIT: I received confirmation that my order shipped today and will be delivered in 5 days. I had some items that required ground shipping, so I’m wondering if that had anything to do with the unusual delay? I hope the rest you will receive confirmation of shipping updates very soon as well!!

I ordered same-day-delivery my order has not arrived and to day is 4/18/23 this is crazy I thought this is a trusted store turns out this is going to be my last time shopping here

I ordered on the 14th at 2:55am with 2 day Flash Shipping that I bought last year.. it was sched to arrive on the 18th (which isn't 2 days in my book) but I still ordered. Then, I recieved an email late on the 17th saying they're "experiencing some processing delays at the warehouse so my order may arrive later than planned". If they have a warehouse in Texas I could understand but there was no explanation. 

We pay & complete our orders with the expectation that we'll recieve our purchase near the shipping date provided. This is highly unacceptable service.

I placed my order on 2/15 and it was supposed to be here today. Still says processing and hasn’t shipped. Their customer service gives no answers either. I’m switching to Ulta.

I have the same issue! I ordered on Feb 12 and was expected to come by Feb 17. It is still in progress for me. My item is also out of stock so that makes me worried as well.

Hi! I’m having the same issue. I purchased shampoo and conditioner totaling about $70 on February 12th. My estimated delivery date is February 18th. That’s tomorrow but my order status still says “in progress”.

@poppy076 I placed an order Friday and it stated my delivery date is the 18th. Usually they will give you a tracking number either today or tomorrow especially if you live sort of close by one of their DCs.
