Order Cancellation

I tried cancelling my order for 10 minutes nonstop after ordering it and i kept getting this message:

"Sorry, we are not able to cancel your order. Please wait at least one minute after your order is placed and try again."

 

Technical error is not allowing me to cancel my order within the hour period of time of the order.
