Order Cancellation

Good afternoon,

 

I just placed an order about 8 minutes ago and promptly realized I selected the wrong shade for my concealer. Is there any way to modify or cancel my order before it is sent out? My order status just changed from "placed" to "in progress" but I was unable to find any order cancellation option while my order status was "placed".

Hi KiraLinnea, Regretfully, we aren't able to make any modifications or cancel an order once it begins processing.
