Online purchase return process

Since I made an online purchase in March 2020, how long would I have to return these items and still get the full return purchase amount back on my credit card? If I print out a return label I would incur return shipping costs, correct? If the store closure extends, will Sephora extend the return policy? Thank you.

Due to COVID-19, to ease returns for online orders, we have adjusted our current 30-day return policy and increased it to 60 days to be returned to the original method of payment. 

 

You may generate your prepaid merchandise return label for free return shipping. Please visit your order details and click "start a return" to generate your return shipping label. Please check out our return policy here: https://www.sephora.com/beauty/returns-exchanges. Thank you!
