Online ordering system for online purchase to be picked up at location

Sephora's online ordering system is a complete mess. I wanted to pick up my order at a specific store, but the confusing and poorly designed interface wouldn’t allow me to do so. Now I’m stuck waiting for a shipment I don’t want. Extremely frustrating and disappointing customer experience. What’s the chance you can do something for me to make up for the terrible experience in my frustration?
