Online Orders- Free Sample Issues

Hello,

 

I have been having issues with the free samples for four of my Sephora orders. Usually, the sample is not included at all. But, in my most recent order samples that I did not ask for were included.

@onlyskindeep123 Sorry to hear that! Please note, substitutions will be made for out of stock samples. This typically happens if the samples you selected at checkout are not available at the time your order is being packed.
