Once I sign in I can't add anything to my basket.

I couldn't add things to my basket, so I cleared my cache.  Then it let me add things to the basket, but I was signed out.  OK, so I signed in again, and it no longer let me add things to my basket AGAIN!  I looked at my Insider info, and it won't let me change my address and it says I have 0 points and I KNOW that is incorrect.  What is happening here??
