Hello! Has anyone else ever dealt with a missing package from Sephora online? I made 2 order on VIB rouge sale on Nov 3 and they shipped the next day. The estimated delivery date was Nov 7, on that day OnTrac delivered just 1 package, the other one it supposed to be here at thesame day but the tracking number shows that my other package is received at facility, not even out for delivery until now. I contacted OnTrac customer service, and they said my package went missing during transit and after performing an extensive search; they have been unable to locate your package. I emailed Sephora customer service but haven’t seeany reply yet. What can I do now? Please give me some advice. Thank you!
