On Trac NOT ON TRACK!!!!

I have been shopping Sephora for 10 years and this is my FIRST time using them online. I wish I had looked at the issues with Ontrac but I am learning the hard way.

The most incompetent courier service and I'm so surprised Sephora would partner with them as this courier has a horrible reputation. I'm beyond upset and just want my order and HIGHLY considering never ordering from here ever again and shopping ULTA or Nordstrom. Anywhere else if they don't make a business decision to stop frustrating customers due to trying to save money with a company only to lose loyal consumers....
