Offers aren't working in Canada

Hey Sephora team and Canadian shopping friends,

 

When buying online on the Canadian site (can't speak for US), every offer code, as soon as it is released, shows no inventory left or offer expired.  This has been posted multiple times, and yet it is not solved for.  This has been ongoing for at least one week.  When I tried to chat with an agent, I was told to try different browsers or devices - as many have shared, this doesn't make a difference.  It's frustrating that each independent complaint report is "we'll report this and should have an update soon."

 

Some questions for the helpful Sephora team:

1. When will this be fixed?

2. Why isn't it being shared globally amongst your team so that agents are made aware to advise that it's a known issue?

3. Why not post a temporary banner across the canadian version of the Sephora site to alert your valued Canadian customers?  

 

I think all of your Canadian customers (and customers everywhere if global) would appreciate a proper communication and acknowledgement of this issue.

We are aware of the issue and the appropriate teams within our organization are currently looking into it. While we do not have a specific date/time this will be fixed, we hope to have it resolved soon. We appreciate your patience!
