November 2022 Cyber Bags missing samples

My order came in using the promo offer YAYSAMPLES and I chose bag #2 but there were only 3 samples in the bag (pic attached) I understand things run out but I thought that there would be some sort of substitutions? Especially after spending $85 to get the promotion bag. It is just a little underwhelming / disappointing.

Has anyone else received a cyber bag?

I just opened my order and I didn’t even receive the sample bag (min purchase of 85$) either, I also didn’t receive the regular samples I chose and got samples that I will not use unfortunately 😞
