November 2017 VIB sale

Hello! I was wondering if there’s a chance anyone knew exactly when the November VIB sale is this year? I know it’s usually around the first two weeks but I’m trying to save up for a couple things this year and trying to plan out when I can go buy things around my work schedule...thank you!

I've taken most of my business to Ulta for awhile now.  The rewards system is far superior and customer service is better at this point.  Even the Rouge CS has gone drastically downhill this year.  I really only purchase from Sephora when I can't find an item anywhere else or there's a discount of some type.

I completely agree! I've taken most of my business to Ulta as well this past year due to the poor customer service Sephora has been providing, not too mention their online service always seems to have issues and I've had multiple orders delayed or lost and Sephora just doesn't care.

Agreed - I was actually just on Ulta. They carry MAC which is a major selling point for me....

I got this in mail today! It's in French because I live in Montreal, Canada.

VIB Rouge sale will be from November 3rd to November 6th and November 10th to November 15th (20% off in-stores and online using code 20FORROUGE).

Not sure about VIB sale details but I'm assuming it will start on November 7th.

Can someone explain to me why there are 2 cards?? Do i get 20% off for both sale dates or is it just one? And i heard u can use the code as many times as u want.. but what does that mean exactly??

Regular sale period is from 11/10-15 but for VIB rouge, sale starts early so they can start shopping early and less chance of item being out of stock. During the sale period, you can use the code as many times as you would like and get the discounts. Hope this helps.

So usually They send the discount out around the first week of November for VIB ROUGE that will then be active like around the 7th or so. Usually they send the discounts for VIB around the 11th and then BI mid November. Starting next week is around the time you should be checking your emails frequently for the discount! They usually send the emails out a couple days before the actual sale.

The dates on the postcard above make it look like rouge can do the 10-15 with bi and vib, and have another weekend as well.

@emdove this thread was before we got the sale details for this year. Last year, VIB Rouge members could not shop during the VIB weekend. This year they can!

You're wrong. VIB rouge was able to have the discount throughout the entire sale, we just got early access.

Last year VIB Rouge were not allowed to participate in the VIB (non-Rouge) sale.  I recall there being a bit of an uproar as Rouge is supposed to have all the same benefits as the other tiers.
