November 2017 VIB sale

Hello! I was wondering if there’s a chance anyone knew exactly when the November VIB sale is this year? I know it’s usually around the first two weeks but I’m trying to save up for a couple things this year and trying to plan out when I can go buy things around my work schedule...thank you!

@monkeybuttz @vansailor The code is not live yet. The sale is from November 10-15th. Sephora runs on pacific standard time so midnight on the 10th in California.

Does anyone have the code for VIB? I got the card in the mail for the Beauty Insider for 15% but I’m VIB (not Rouge), and am wondering what the code is for that. I can’t seem to find it anywhere.

Hello guys ! I’m VIB Rouge and I still haven’t receive any information on the sell that, as you said, is supposed to begin this Friday...

I’m confused, will I still be able to shop the sale ?

Me too, I sent an email to the customer service. And they ask me to place the order by calling those agents in order to get the discount lol

According to the picture of that mailer posted on Saturday (the same day I got my rouge cards), BI's get 15% discount.

Now i am confused.... just got off the phone with the Rouge line... they said that it is a one time use coupon and that VIB Rouges are only given four days to shop.  Wasn't it a multiple use code last year? I thought it was...

it is not a 1 time use, I used mine multiple time, more than 10 time

Rouges get to use the code twice. You should have gotten info in the mail telling you the dates you can use it or an email explaining. Yes, last year was a little diff

I called vib rouge last year and was told it was a single use coupon but it was multi use. Generally the vib rouge hotline seems outsourced and the people that staff it have not been helpful.
