Not receiving email anymore

Hello Sephora,

 

I am a rouge member for many year. And since 24th of January i don't receive any email from you anymore. I have checked my spam and junk mail. change my email address, contact you by mail... but nothing worked. I don't understand why is stopped. I have got them every week for many years. Please put me back on the mailing list.

Hello Sephora,

 

The problem is still not solved.

I ve called your customer service (4 weeks ago), they have send a form to the technical support. Also i ve emailed(more that 10 times)... and the have send a form aswell.... Now we are weeks later and still not received any email. I missed all the emails from the vib sale.... It is so frustrating. Can some tell me whats wrong (and please don't send me the standard mail with all the things i can do, that did't help).

I'm having the same issue and it's really frustrating! 
I've been NOT getting any emails from Sephora.

A fix to this?

Hi Sephora, 

I sent you an email last week about this same issue as I'm still NOT receiving Sephora emails. 

I'm missing out on a lot of promotions and it's kind of disappointing, can somebody address this issue and fix it?

Or if you're using the Sephora app, please click the bell/notification icon near the top of the Community screen. If you reply to the email notifications, we don't receive those responses. You still forgot to address this ongoing issue and forgot to, once again, send me an email or forward this to your IT department. I'm STILL not getting emails! No a single one.

@JasmineSid It does not look like Laurie received your private message. To reply to Laurie's private message, please click on the envelope icon in the top right corner of BIC, select the message, then reply. Please do not reply to the email as we will not receive your response. Thank you!
