No samples AGAIN

I picked out 2 samples with my order, I was excited to try them, but when the order arrived there was nothing - not even 2 different samples - none at all. This is not the first time this has happened. I'm super unimpressed. Sephora advertises this as a perk of ordering from them, and even has you choose the ones you want - why bother if they're not going to give you anything? It's starting to feel like a scam.

This just happened to me today too. I never get samples anymore. I picked out 2 but got nothing.
