No e-mail receipt or points added from in-store purchase

I made an in-store purchase and requested an e-mail receipt, but I never received the receipt (and have checked the spam folder).  During the checkout process, the cashier asked for my phone number instead of my account e-mail address that they used to ask for.  The transaction or points earned from the purchase are not showing up in my online account.  The cashier also didn’t ask me if I wanted to redeem my available points (like she had with other customers before me) which made me wonder if she wasn’t seeing my Insider points balance. 

 

Could someone please help me obtain a receipt/record the purchase in my account, including the points earned from the transaction?
