Never received my Sephora credit card..

I signed up for a credit card when I made a purchase in the store a little over a month ago. I never received my credit card in the mail and I cannot get in touch with anyone over the phone. I'm put on hold continuously and then hung up on. I've seen NUMEROUS posts about people dealing with the same thing. This is so ridiculous and unprofessional. How am I supposed to get register my card in order to pay my balance if I don't even have my account number and NO ONE responds when I try reaching out? This is going to affect my credit. Can someone help?

I just want to drop my extremely frustrating sephora credit card experience here. 

 After not shopping at Sephora for a while, I forgot my login credentials and was unable to reset my password. When I called customer service for assistance, they requested my credit card number, which I had lost due to moving twice. 

To resolve the issue, I ordered a new credit card on August 30th, but the order wasn't processed until September 2nd. I was told it would take two weeks to arrive, but this only accounted for business hours, meaning it would actually take 18 days. Unfortunately, it's now September 24th, and I still haven't received my new card.

I've been charged a late fee because my payment deadline was September 21st. I'm extremely frustrated with the poor service and lack of communication from Sephora. As soon as I pay off the late fee, I'll be canceling my credit card and will never be a customer again and hope nobody else ever will.

I'm so sorry for this issue with your Sephora credit card, and that you have not been assisted. The cards are mailed out directly by Comenity Bank. Although we don't have any insight into payments or fees, we recommend contacting Comenity Bank directly so they can look into this further for you. Please call:

Same issue!  I called and reported that I had not received my card, so they said they'd send a new one.  I never received that one either.  This is going on 3 months now and I still don't have a card. 

Then I called back and they said that I can still use my card by getting the card number on my bill.  My balance is $0 so I haven't gotten a bill.  I'm on hold now to just cancel the card.  This is ridiculous.

I have been having the same issue for MONTHS. What's the point of signing up for a card that I can't even use or easily make payments on because I don't actually have the card? This is absolute nonsense. I still haven't gotten an answer. It's so unprofessional. Sephora shouldn't want to do business with a bank that won't even send out cards to their customers.

It worked! Call the automated #for#for credit card, press 1 for English, say main menu, then press 4 for lost/ stolen card. The robot will ask to you to confirm. Sa yes and they will cancel your old card, then remail a new one! 😲

The same thing is happening to me. I will report you the  better business bureau and cancel my account if you don't put me in touch with a representative who can remail the card or cancel. I called at 6 30 pm today, was told the system is down. Then I requested a Sup & was disconnected. You have until close of business tomm.

@colette234 I'm sorry to hear about this! Sephora does not send out the physical credit cards, only Comenity Capital Bank is able to do this. I recommend contacting Comenity Capital Bank again today for further assistance.
