Never got reward for attaining VIB status

Last night I made a purchase in store that was able to give me VIB, but I didn’t get given a reward. How can I get it?

Hi @Kaiyen The VIB welcome kit can be picked up in store or added to an online order.

You can always claim the VIB welcome kit online. It should pop up in your rewards bazaar. Also, you should be getting a VIB welcome email that contains the 10% off pass. The welcome kit includes a complimentary makeover, a 10% off pass, and a free shipping pass.

I didn’t get anything this year for reaching VIB status. So, I think it’s usually like a free makeover?
