Never getting the samples I asked for!

This is the FOURTH TIME I haven't received the samples I asked for. Instead they send the same concealer stuff that's for fair skin, not even close to my skin color. I was actually looking forward to the samples the past three packages. Anyone else fed up? Plus they don't answer any emails sent to them.

I just received my order from the VIB sale today and I didnt get any samples at all either. I definitely was looking forward in trying out the ones I picked out.

I just got a package with no samples in it as well. How disappointing! On a side note - I received my VIB introductory kit. Three 'gifts' included - free makeover, free shipping. Why would someone who bought 2 day flashing shipping for a year want free shipping as your gift? Again, disappointing..

Same thing happened to me twice already. I didn't get ANY of the samples I chose even though they said they weren't sold out when I picked them. This is unprofessional. I spend a lot of money here and may start shopping at Ulta instead.

Same. Wrong samples, no response to emails or tweets. If they can't send me what I requested, I'd rather have nothing than more perfume samples. "No perfume" is not an option.

I just got a shipment and didn't get any of the three samples that I asked for. I was really looking forward to trying a few new foundations. They sent me two perfumes and I don't even wear perfume. Disappointing
