NO PACKAGE AND NO REFUND.

So i had ordered a package worth $450. I never got it. fleet optics said they couldn’t attempt delivery but it now says its been delivered. i called them and they didn’t have it and it wasn’t** sent back tosephora. I have a buzzer. I have someone at front desk. No one delivered this package. Not once. I literally sat outside for 3 hours one morning around the time it was “out to be delivered” and nothing. No one showed up. I swear my package was stolen. I have called sephora and all they say is “well it says delivered” well it wasn’t or i wouldn’t be calling what so ever because no one wants to wait 1 hour to speak to someone about a missing package they didn’t receive. SEPHORA. PLEASE REFUND ME FOR MY PACKAGE. I didn’t spend $450 for nothing and i’m very upset. I spend so much money at sephora and the one time I asked for a refund it is a hassle when it shouldn’t be. please stop using fleet optics. i’m not the first to have this happen.

Same think happened to me.my order was said arrival was 8pm but the guy delivered it at 3.55 and I was working so I couldn’t answer my phone either.He sent me a voicemail leaving it at the main door.My area is sketchy and I am not sure if someone else took it.i was never delivered the order and I payed so much money for it.😭

Same thing happening to me now. Sephora customer service is crap!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have had the same issue! Sephora just refused to refund or reship for my not delivered package by saying that fleet optics shows it has been delivered which is a stupid reason because there customer service is pathetic. 
i have also lost a big amount for my order and received nothing!!

do you know where they had placed those boxes in the wrong building? Iam in the same boat, they 'safe dropped' my package too and it was never delivered in my building for sure. I have half a mind to check in the building across the street -_-

I’ve had a similar problem! They said they couldn’t find my address meanwhile I’ve gotten 2 other packages delivered this month just fine! Now all of a sudden they “can’t find my address” and took the package back. I had to place another order and now my Mothers Day gift will be missing items that are no longer in stock and will be late for the occasion. They need to find a better carrier, this is the worst.

I hear you on this. Fleet optics has been awful. I don’t know when Sephora started using them but I don’t want my packages delivered by them ever again! I never have an issue with Canada post, but I have had an issue with fleet optics every single time they’ve had my order. You can’t contCt anyone and there’s no way to track your order except on Sephora’s page. Even then, I’ve had multiple occasions where they don’t scan my package so the tracking information is wrong. I wish they wouldstop using fleet optics. We spend too much money for out purchases to be left in unreliable hands.
