Mystery of the Missing Samples

Like many of my fellow Rouge members, I've been receiving my online orders without any samples in the box. A search of this forum reveals this has been happening for many years to many customers, and the only responses I see are apologies with a promise to PM.

 

So, Sephora, please run it up the flagpole and announce an official answer as to why customers don't receive their samples.

 

Clearly something is going on in your packing facilities, and you've had YEARS to conduct the proper training, install security cameras to investigate, hire quality control agents to monitor the packing and ensure samples are being included, etc.

 

Like everyone else I've read says, I spend thousands of dollars a year at Sephora, but will simply bring my business elsewhere.

Please see my original message. 

 

The entire community is looking for an explanation, not an apology.

 

You must be able to send messages to higher-ups at Sephora who manage packing and shipping.

 

Please do so and ask them to provide an answer to this wide-spread long-occurring missing samples issue.
