My points are all gone!

Like so many others, I too have lost my points without any warning. I was not aware that Sephora points expires. I’ve been saving my points for YEARS. I logged into my Sephora App only to find out I had zero points, and my status was “Beauty Insider” instead of “Rouge”. As a loyal customer I haven’t shopped at Sephora ONLY because of the pandemic and with it the lockdowns and travel restrictions that coincided with it. This is very disappointing and disheartening. This shows a lack of customer service, empathy during a pandemic, and customer loyalty. This is so unfair.

I'm sorry to hear about your points and that you didn't receive the emails notifying you that your points were going to expire! Points will expire if your account has been inactive for 12 consecutive months or more. You can keep your account active by making a purchase or redeeming a reward  or the birthday gift. I'll look into this then send you a PM.
