My orders are still in progress !

I placed 2 orders . One was placed 3 days ago and the other one was placed one day ago. However, i still did did not get any shipping confirmations for both of them and whenever i try to view my order status it shows me that they are still in progress. So , can i know if my orders will be shipped soon or not ?

With the recent discount promotion that ran, increased business has lead to delays for order fulfillments. Sephora posted the below on their check-out page to notify shoppers:

 

Due to high volume, your order might experience a 2-4 business day delay in addition to the delivery dates listed. Flash Shipping will not be affected.

 

I would recommend reaching out to a Moderator or the Customer Service department direct to see if they can access systems to provide a more precise update and status of your orders.
