I ordered few stuff last week and I added 3 free samples and I received my order today but I didn’t get any free samples 😔

Every order that I placed in December was either completely missing samples or perfume was sent instead and they didn’t send 3 samples each order. The last quarter was so bad with Sephora that I didn’t renew my Rouge status, I could have done so easily but it seemed like every order I placed there was a problem. This was completely out of character for Sephora all the way to the Rouge hotline. This year my samples are still turning out to be perfume, did I mention that I don’t wear perfume? I’m so confused as to why they would be failing so badly I’ve been a good spender never returned things yet a Rouge for years now I’m not, it makes me feel bad but the online has just been so bad that I decided to pick up good deals here and spend elsewhere..
