My order arrived with nothing in the box

I just received my order from the recent sale and it was completely empty besides the invoice. I am so upset spent 45 min on the phone for customer service to tell me the originally Olaplex holiday kit is no longer available and I cannot get it anymore. But I ordered it because of the discount and the holiday kit making it such a great deal. Keep in mind all of the exact items are available to order on Sephora but at a higher price. The kit made it a great deal. Now I have to spend over 60 dollars to get the same thing I order originally. 

Does Sephora not care about their customers? Like I know Ulta would have been able to give a gift card or help me place the order and discount to the original value to make it work out. Sephora only can give me 250 points. I guess I should stick with Ulta since they actually have quality control and good customer support. 

Can the customer service really not do anything but give 250 points? I just got screwed over 60 dollars
