My love list isn't working!

All of my saved loves vanished and I haven't been able to add anything for almost 2 weeks now. It's a problem on both app and desktop and I have repeatedly logged in and out to see if that would help and have not had any success.

My Loves list isn’t working either! My list is empty. I can’t add anything as it’s giving me an error message or that the item doesn’t exist! Frustrating!
