My friend sent me a rouge coupon but it has disappeared

I keep getting an error that I've already redeemed the coupon code "reached maximum redemption limit" for the sephora rouge sale once I opened the webpage.  How do I access this code? 

She checked her email but did not see a code. Is there any other directions to give to her to get this code? Or have it resent? 

I don't believe I was logged in or got the chance to before it disappeared.
