My E-gift card balance disappeared

I got my e-gift card at balance ($95.58) from April 25th and linked it with my Sephora account and never used it. But in October, when I tried to make a purchase with my giftcard. My linked giftcard has been disappeared and when I went back and check my balance has been $0. I contacted both Sephora and the e-gift card third party service, they just kick me back and forward to contact another side and never take any responsibility or dare to to investigate my case. Such a shame, I am going to stop making purchase with Sephora. GOOD BYE
