Missing stuff from shipped packages sad face please help Customer Service

Hey there customer support...I just purchased another lip kit cause they are awesome.  I also got a fancy little marc jacobs lip stick as an extra free sample so thats cool, but those silly 3 free samples that I ordered and are on my online order sheet did not come in my package.  I'm super bummed because thats why I order online.  I love the lip kits but was wondering what can be done about those free samples?  I'm sure you are probably sick to death of us complaining about them so I'm sorry.  This happened almost every time I order online now.
