Missing samples

Hi! I've been ordering a few times now but this last time I didn't received one of the free samples. I was excited to try a new perfume. Since I already bought 2 full size bottles from getting these samples. I would like to know if there's a way to have a substitute item when the one I pick is out of stock. Thanks
