Missing samples

just received my packages today and was disappointed my free samples were not included.

This happened to me on my most recent order! It’s so disappointing because I was looking forward to trying them out at home before I buy the full size. I love shopping at Sephora online for that reason but if they aren’t going to ship them then I can be earning points somewhere else! 😞

I was missing the October sample bag in my order which I was very disappointed.. I was really looking forward to the SK2 essence..  Also didnt get the Jo Malone free sample parfum....

They should move the option from the website promptly if they are unable to fulfill the order...

I find this to be common now when ordering; Sample selections are not what's in delivery and Samples in store have all but disappeared.

It's a shame, Sephora hasn't lived up to it's old self in mant years.

customer service is shotty when calling to complain.

Yeah, I received my order yesterday too and I didn't get any of the free samples I chose, although it said they were shipped:(

Happened to me too, literally today. It says they’ve been shipped however there wasn’t either of them in the box :(!!
