Missing redeemed rewad and samples

Hi there I just received an order and I am missing two samples and a product that I redeemed for 100 points. I chose 3 samples and redeemed two products worth 100 points each, but only received one of the redemptions and 1/3 samples. 200 points were taken off my account. Can I somehow get these missing products or my 100 points back?
