Missing product

Hello, 
I am upset with my latest delivery. I ordered 5 things from Sephora, 4 of them arrived well, but one (the most expensive oneNAILS INC. Manicure & Pedicure Must Haves Set, didn't arrived fully. Only 1 bottle arrived from that package. 
So I would like to know if it's possible for the store to send me the rest, or how can I solve this? 
 
Apart from that, they didn't print my unit number (I checked, it was included in the order), so the building manager was looking for me for 4 days, while I was being upset with Sephora. 
I want to keep using your service, but please how can this be fixed?
