Missing points

Qualified recently & didn’t receive any VIB renewal reward? I read that 500 points were one of the options, next to 2 other things but I never saw anything to claim in rewards. Tried clicking “pick your gift” but it just takes me to the same page..

Congratulations on recently unlocking VIB status 🙂 We recently made a few changes to our Beauty Insider Program! In 2019, VIBs can choose from 500 bonus points, two makeovers to share or keep, or free shipping on purchases of $35 or more. Tier Celebration Gifts are available online only starting 1/16/2019.
