Missing points from Fragrance 4x Event

Hello, I am missing points from my purchase I made on 5/07/2024, store 490, transaction 81529. I had asked whether the item was eligible for 4x points prior to purchasing the Sephora Favorites Clean Fragrance Sampler. The item also does not appear in my purchase history on my account. I only earned 111 points for this transaction instead of 366 points.
