Missing package

I’m writing to express my deep frustration regarding my recent order, which was marked as delivered but never actually arrived. Although I understand that the courier provided a photo as proof of delivery, I did not receive the package, and there is no sign of it at my address. I’ve double-checked the item is missing. I find it incredibly disappointing that I’m being denied a refund or replacement based solely on a delivery photo, especially as a loyal Sephora customer. I trusted your service to ensure successful delivery, and right now, I feel let down.

@kuromi246 I'm sorry to hear about this! It looks like your private messages are turned off. You can adjust your preferences in your Community settings (on the browser only, not the app). Please send me a private message with your order number so I can take a look. Thanks!
