Missing order

My order was marked as delivered, i checked my mailbox and i had nothing but coupons and paper mail. i check my ring video doorbell camera and notice that the mailman never delivered a package to me. i contacted customer support about it and they said there is nothing they can do because it was marked as delivered, i told them i have VIDEO PROOF WITH A TIME STAMP of the package never being delivered and they don't care and said there is nothing they can do. now i am out hundreds of dollars and left with nothing. what am i suppose to do? please help
