Missing items from order

Hi! I received a delivery on January 3rd but it only had 1 out of the 3 items that I had originally ordered. 

I assumed the other two items must have been shipped separately and maybe there was an error when the tracking email was sent out but I still have not received them and it's been over 2 weeks now.

I went to contact customer service through the live chat option but it said it was unavailable.

Can someone help me out with this?
