Missing certificate

My mom bought me a scent bag and I had no certificate, I opened the bag and showed all contents to a worker who had no idea what I was showing her. And she said idk how this works. We looked at one of the contents which seemed to be what the certificate was, but she said no. Can’t my receipt show it was purchased? I have all samples and not one code on any of them. My mom is a long time customer and you can see on her history it’s bought.  Ceremonia Perfume De La Tierra 1.7 oz / 50 mL perfume spray
