Missing Samples despite being shown on order summary

I received a package today but both samples I selected were missing, even though they were shown on the order summary. I was planning to use them as stocking stuffers so I was really dissapointed that they didn't arrive with my order 😞 can anyone help me out with this? Thank you so much in advance!
